There’s a lot of information out there, I know it can be confusing to figure out what’s effective and what’s just click-bait.

My goal is to help you keep your body healthy without making it complicated. Together we’ll get laser-focussed on what actually works for your unique body, goals and lifestyle so you can stop scrolling for answers.

I won’t eliminate entire food groups, put your body through juice fasts or create training plans that involve hours in the gym. Instead, I use evidence-based strategies and provide personalised coaching and accountability to help you build new healthy habits that fit into your busy life. A little hard work and a lot of fun along the way.
